
On December 4th, a screencap of his diet plan on his iPhone was uploaded onto his Twitter. Changmin wrote, “My diet plans starting tomorrow. Anyone want to do it with me? lol Am I starting up again?”
His strict regimen is as follows:
Breakfast: multi-vitamins, 1 medium sized sweet potato, low fat milk, 1 whole egg, 2 egg whites
Lunch: 1 pack of chicken breast, 1 medium sized sweet potato, salad without dressing
Snack: 4egg whites, half of a sweet potato
Dinner: 1 pack of chicken breast OR 7 egg whites (and a salad if dying of hunger)
After exercising, half of an apple and one scoop of protein
No idea how long the man can survive off his egg-and-sweet potato diet, but best of luck to him! (So long as it’s healthy and nourishing, of course).
